Reimbursement Policy
The 80/20 Reimbursement Standard
To cover non-recoverable licensing and seat-allocation costs, the Institute processes an 80% refund of the total purchase amount. The remaining 20% is retained as a mandatory administrative processing fee.
The 30-Day Window
Withdrawal requests are valid strictly within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.
Processing Efficiency
Authenticated requests are processed by the Treasury Department within three (3) business days.
